Keep things in Perspective
The Number 1 Rule for success as an employee at L&W is to keep things in perspective. L&W actively recruits from the ranks of our Military. They have a perspective on life that few of us can appreciate and because of their perspective every veteran we have hired has performed in an exceptional manner.
